Easy to use
After many years still the same. Inestable crashing. Asking for name and reservation number after loging in. Same for the web site. It's a shame!!. It took me 30 minutos just to check in. Can you please do something finally?????
Great airline, awful app. Doesn't recognize my credentials, won't let me access my tickets, though it knows it's me because of the email. Guys sort this out please.
When trying to manage my booking, " an error has occurred, try again later" is the constant message always.
At first it's a bit confusing but I finally did the transaction very well
Overall glitchy, forcing lots of logins. Possibility to type in the Loyalty Member Program number when booking is removed, for any company. It is impossible to select to type as if it was not even a programmed text entry field. Seems too much like they do not want you to get the discounts they constantly flaunt about. Also absolutely terrible Client Assistance phone service, think twice before flying with them.

Complete garbage. Wasted time trying to check in, kept getting generic errors so I had to use the website, which is quite clumsy and unintuitive by the way, but it eventually works. Deleted the app.
Useless apps this company cannot make the life easy they are just concern only for your money 😡😡😡
